Ensure the following when submitting documents for building plan approval:
Residential Building …………………………….. Four (4) sets of fully detailed drawings
Commercial Building ……………………………. Eight (8) to ten (10) sets of fully detailed drawings
Proof of ownership from National Housing Development Corporation (NHDC)* National Housing Trust (NHT) * Registered Land Title * or Sale Agreement
Up-to-date Property Tax Certificate
Surveyors Report NOTE Applicant(s) MUST sign every single sheet of the plan
Plans submitted should indicate: The type of building The location of the building Method of construction System of drainage and water supply
Approval time for Residential Building Plans Six (6) to eight (8) weeks
