When reporting a faulty streetlight, the following information should be given by the Customer:
- Contact the Corporation and give the information of the defective street light
- Location of the pole
- Pole number
- Lot or gate number where the pole is located in front of
- Brief description of how to locate the pole (prominent landmarks if any)
- Description of what they are experiencing
- Is it out completely?
- Is it flickering?
- Is it on all day?
- Are the lamps stolen?
- Contact details of the Customer
- Name
- Address
- Telephone Number
- Email Address (optional)
