Repair to Tsunami Siren in Old Harbour Bay
The tsunami siren in Old Harbour Bay is now operational; the Old Harbour Bay community and its environs are grateful for the assistance from the Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management (ODPEM) for repairing the system that was damaged by lightning in November 2019.
Councillor for the Old Harbour South Division, Lloyd Grant, received a handheld radio from ODPEM on Tuesday, June 30, 2020.
