TENDER for Lease of Grange Hill Market Complex
Tenders are invited from suitable qualified persons for operating and maintaining the Grange Hill Market Complex on a Lease basis.
Applicants should indicate in their tender the following:-
Make an offer in terms of the Lease
A proposal to include the operation of a market
Business plan
Detailed Financial Statement
The names and address of two sureties.
Tenders should be addressed to:-

Great George Street
Savanna-la-Mar
And deposit in the Tender Box located at the Secretary Manager’s Office, in sealed envelopes marked TENDER FOR LEASE OF GRANGE HILL MARKET on or before 12:00 noon Friday January 25, 2013. Late submission will be rejected.
Recommendation for award will not necessarily be made to the lowest tender, but in respect of the best overall proposal.
