Customer Appreciation Day 2014
In keeping with the Local Government Month theme…. “Serving People Empowering Communities,”, the Parish Council St. Catherine hosted its first Customer Appreciation Day’s activity on the Council’s premises, Emancipation Square, Spanish Town on Friday, November 28, 2014 and indeed it was a success. Outside of the usual services offered by the Council on the day, a host of other services were made available for customers and other citizens to benefit from. These included the St. Catherine Health Department and Jamaica Red Cross HIV Testing, Gentle Care Ambulance Services, administering blood pressure, temperature, glucose and oxygen tests, Public Health Department offering PAP Smear, Ministry of Labour and Social Security’s NIS and P.A.T.H., Tax Administration Jamaica’s, TRN, and Registrar General’s Department’s Birth Registration. Over (100) customers and citizens were in attendance.
The St. Catherine Parish Council is proud to have hosted such an event for its customers and communities at large to enjoy and extend heartfelt thanks to all the parties who contributed to making the day the success it has been.
