Heroes Day Civic Function and Awards Ceremony
The St. Catherine Parish Council in collaboration with the JCDC and the St. Catherine Joint Civic Affairs Committee, hosted the St. Catherine National Heroes Day Civic Function and Awards Ceremony under the theme – “My Expressions, My Traditions, My Jamaica”.
The function was held at Emancipation Square, Spanish Town, on Monday, October 20, 2014 at 8:30 a.m.
Seven persons were awarded in the categories: Community Development and Education, respectively and the Bonnett Sunshine Youth Club for Community Development/Service Club.
The awardees are as follows:
