Amnesty For Building Plans Extended
To the populace within the Parish of St. Catherine
(with the exception of Portmore)
The St. Catherine Municipal Corporation Has Extended The Period Of Amnesty For Building Plans Which Have Not Been Approved, To All Persons Erecting Or Adding To Residential Or Commercial Buildings And Living In St. Catherine (with the exception of Portmore); This Means We Will Permit And Accept Building Plans For The Regular Fees Within A Set Period; February 01 through to 28, 2019 The Fees Are:
$100 Per Square Metre For Residential Buildings
$160 Per Square Metre For Commercial, Institutional, Recreational Or Industrial Buildings
Failure To Comply Within The Stipulated Period Will Attract A Penalty For Late/Illegal Construction.
