Note that every effort is made to limit vendors to a maximum of two selling the same types of food (except beverages).
Vendors must provide their own generators if necessary and a copy of The Food Handler’s Permit.

I understand that The St. Catherine Municipal Corporation will not be held responsible for any damage or injury to any person’s property while participating in Open Kitchen. Although the festival grounds are periodically patrolled during the event, it is up to me as a vendor to take measures to protect my own goods and equipment.
I also understand that if I display or promote any offensive material, I will be asked to leave with No Refund.

OPERATING REQUIREMENTS
Waste receptacles for food and ability to cover or tie up trash when receptacle is filled.
All water used must be from an approved source: potable or commercially bottled.
Cooking equipment capable of rapidly heating potentially hazardous foods to proper temperatures is required.
Food and food items must be protected and proper temperatures maintained during preparation, storage and display. Proper covers must be provided to prevent contamination of foods and food surfaces.
Food and food items must be elevated above the ground/floor at minimum 6inches.
Properly labeled bottle of approved sanitizing solution and disposable towels must be provided.
Only single-service articles may be used by customers (disposable forks, plates, cups etc.)
Adequate amounts of “blue ice” or “containerized” ice must be used for maintaining cold foods at or below 5°C. Loose ice is prohibited for food.
All liquid waste shall be disposed of in public sewers or approved location sites by regulating authority.
