Reporting Faulty Streetlights

When reporting a faulty streetlight, the following information should be given by the Customer:

  1. Contact the Corporation and give the information of the defective street light
    • Location of the pole
    • Pole number
    • Lot or gate number where the pole is located in front of
    • Brief description of how to locate the pole (prominent landmarks if any) 
  2. Description of what they are experiencing
    • Is it out completely?
    • Is it flickering?
    • Is it on all day?
    • Are the lamps stolen? 
  3. Contact details of the Customer
    • Name
    • Address
    • Telephone Number
    • Email Address (optional)
