- Request is made to JPS through the Corporation
- The Corporation fills out application a send to Ministry of Local Government(MLG)
- MLG request evaluation from JPS
- JPS responds to the Corporation and MLG
- The Corporation advises Client of Cost
- Client makes payment to the Corporation
- The Corporation advises MLG and JPS of payment
- JPS Installs streetlight
