REQUIREMENTS FOR BARBERS, HAIRDRESSERS, COSMETOLOGISTS AND
BEAUTY THERAPISTS LICENCE
In pursuant to the Public Health (Barbers and Barbershops) Regulation, 2004 and Public Health (Hairdressers, Beauty Therapists, Cosmetologists and Beauty Salons) Regulation, 2004
1. Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN)
2. Valid Identification (National ID/ Passport/ Driver’s Licence)
3. Three (3) passport size photographs (per application) signed and stamped by J.P.
4. Cosmetology/Hairdressing/Barbering
5. Valid Health Permit (Cost $500.00 per annum @ the Health Department - for personal licence only)
NB. Letter from employer stamped and signed by a Justice of the Peace for applicants who do not own the salon he or she operates in.

To operate as a Trainee $500.00 per annum $500.00
